Celery, Spinach and Cucumber Juice

Kick start your day with this delicious green super juice. Celery contains a chemical called serotonin, one of the most important chemicals for helping the brain or neurotransmitters, which helps regulates the sleep/wake cycle. You may hate spinach, but it is a wonderful source of iron. If you really feel you cant' face spinach you can replace it with a whole ripe advocado which you can blend into the juice afterwards for a rich creamy texture.

Ingredients

5 sticks of Celery

1 Cucumber

2 Apples

1 bag of fresh Spinach leaves

1 tsp Honey

1 Lime 


1. Chop the cucumber, celery and apple into small chunks.

2. Push the ingredients into a juicer. You may prefer to squeeze the juice from the lime separately and add it after.

3. Chill in the fridge or poor straight over ice then serve.
